I'm Jerry Burak - an 84-year-old master welder/designer/engineer/ business owner.
I've had my shop, Burak Bye Products in Van Nuys, CA, for 55 years.
I work on one-of-a-kind projects: -technical design of 2-stroke motorcycle engines -make parts & pieces for classic cars for show & racing anywhere from 1908 - present -fabricated seats for some of top car manufactures in the world (Mazda, BMW, Ford, GM, Chrysler, Volvo, Mercedes, White, etc.) -master welder (powder spray cast iron welding, aluminum castings, CORRECT welding rods for specific application)

Adding another layer to this influential circle was Von Dutch, the world-famous artist whose renowned pinstripes and unique, rebellious style defined a generation of vehicle customization.

Continuing this legacy, Jerry Burak also cultivated a relationship with Jay Leno, a name synonymous with an encyclopedic knowledge of and fervent passion for automobiles and motorcycles. Leno’s well-documented appreciation for expertly maintained and historically significant vehicles meant that Burak’s shop was a natural destination for his needs.
